What that does and does not change

It does not change the numbers. Cost ranges are computed from published wage and materials data before any link is placed, and a merchant cannot pay to move a price in our tables or to appear higher in a comparison. Where we recommend a part, it is because that part is the one the repair platforms list for the symptom.

It does not mean we tested anything. We do not claim hands-on experience with products. We report prices, specifications and aggregated user reports, and link to where you can buy the part.
