The data is for reference

Cost figures are estimates, not quotes, and we provide no service. See the disclaimer. You are responsible for verifying prices, permits, codes and safety requirements with licensed local professionals before you start work.

What you may do

Read, print and cite it. Citing a figure is free and encouraged – link back to the page rather than copying a table wholesale, so the number keeps its verification date attached.

What you may not do

Bulk-scrape or republish the dataset as a competing service, present our figures as your own original research, or use the site to generate leads that impersonate FixForesight.

Third parties

Links to retailers, insurers and software vendors are third-party relationships. We do not control their pricing, availability or conduct, and we are not a party to any transaction you make with them.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms and the data at any time; the page-level verification date is how you tell which version you read. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
